Ken Monroe is a professional real estate agent who assists clients with all their real estate needs. He assists clients wishing to acquire land/acreage, helps homeowners sell their property, deals with expired listings, and also caters to the discerning buyer.

Ken says “I enjoy helping people with all of their real estate needs, large or small.” Ken’s real estate career has given him a sense of pride, helping others in the community acquire the most important purchase of their lifetime, their home.

Ken’s work experience includes over 30 years with General Motors. He has over 4 years experience in the real estate market, and became a REALTOR with Century 21 Town & Country, Inc. in 2007. Ken says, “I don’t just list your property, I sell it!” This enthusiasm reflects an individual attitude of caring that is apparent in all his real estate dealings.

He is always there to answer clients’ questions and help them with the more difficult aspects of real estate. Due to his patience and dedication, he obtains excellent results that reflect his hard work and untiring commitment to his clients.

Ken serves a a church usher amd runs the sound booth at Newalla Baptist Church. In his leisure, he also enjoys being a part of the Classic Chevy Club, where he has been a President on two past occasions, as well as the Vice-President on four prior occasions. Ken has been a foster parent over the past several years to 15 children, assisting them to accomplish important life goals. He is proud to have shaped their personal and professional lives for the better.
